As of August 31st the old DC Universe is no more, and here at Spitballin' we're celebrating/mourning the transition by drawing some of the characters in their new costumes and what have you. After Aquaman (yes), Tim Drake's my favorite hero in the DCU, and I have to admit his DCnU look is going to be an adjustment. It seems like every time they re-do Tim's costume it gets less Robin Hood and more little robin redbreast. First he lost the green, then he got a feather bottomed cape, then a beak, and now he's borrowed Hawkman's wing harness. In 5 years time he'll be lobbing baby blue Robin Egg bombs.
